We organize discussions for people who are tired of constant struggles with spending discipline and want to understand how digital tools can become true allies rather than sources of additional stress. We do not sell applications and do not promise “perfect discipline.” Our goal is to explore how technology influences the psychology of control and how it can be configured to support internal balance and calm.
