About the Project, Program & FAQ

Everything you need to know about our free educational webinar series on behavioral discipline and digital expense tracking

About the Project

Digital expense tracking has become widespread today, but it does not always bring relief. For some people it becomes a reliable assistant that helps them see the real financial picture and make balanced decisions. For others it becomes a source of constant stress, guilt, and the feeling of β€œI failed again.”

Behavioral psychology and research on digital self-regulation show how applications and trackers influence our relationship with money. They may reduce impulsive behavior, restore a sense of control, and help build sustainable habits. However, when used incorrectly, they may increase anxiety and lead to emotional burnout. The key lies not in the number of features but in understanding how these tools interact with our psychology.

We will not recommend specific applications and will not teach β€œperfect budgeting.” Instead, we will explore how digital tracking affects psychology, why some people quickly develop discipline while others give up, and which internal mechanisms allow technologies to support control and calm rather than create pressure. Everything will be discussed in a research-based format β€” calmly, without pressure and without financial advice.
